This 12 week powerlifting course is designed to give you a practical and comprehensive path to increasing your powerlifting total, develop a lasting proficiency in the squat, benchpress, and deadlift, as well provide a training methodology to prevent overuse injuries. You will learn and apply a highly effective strategy for meet day warm ups and attempt selections. Included in the course is a peaking phase which will prepare you for competition day or a “test day” of your 1 rep max for each powerlifting discipline.
