Our coaching program is designed to help athletes of all sports reach their
athletic and performance goals. We offer training for competitive powerlifting and athletic development for sports performance.
Through a systematic approach using progressions and regressions, our athletes are able to work together as a group while individually working on their needs. They are part of a positive and challenging environment. The importance of team work and encouraging one another to succeed is always a strong point of focus.
Every new prospect must go through a trial/evaluation workout. Here is where we see if you have the mind set and work ethic to be part of our team. You do not have to know all the skills for the work out, just the ability and desire to learn them. Laziness is not tolerated.
Our “IN season” athletes are expected to train 1-2 times per week. Our ”OFF season” athletes are expected to train at least 3 times per week.
From beginner to advanced, each lifter must go through a trial/evaluation workout. Here is where we see how you handle the barbell for the squat, bench press and dead lift, we will offer technique advice and an open Q&A.
Your personalized coaching program will teach you proper setup and execution of the power lifts to USA Powerlifting standards, as well as include all of the accessory work to increase your performance.
We will set up your training so you have your best performance on the platform. Solid coaching from a Certified USA Powerlifting coach will be the edge you need to have a successful first meet or break your personal records.
The Powerlifting Program is designed in 3 specific phases:
1) “OFF SEASON” Training – 4 months or more from your meet.
2) “IN SEASON” Prep – Typically 3 months or less from your meet.
3) “MEET DAY” – Coaching you at the meet.
